Online exam regulations
Short-term language and cultural exchange scholarship examination "for secondary school students"
This exam is conducted online through the website and Zoom Workplace. All candidates must take the exam on a desktop computer, notebook, iPad, or tablet only. Mobile phones cannot be used to take the exam.
Mandatory rules
1. Required exam equipment (required)
1.1 National ID card
1.2 For the online exam: desktop computer, notebook, iPad, or tablet
1.3 For live monitoring: mobile phone / notebook / iPad or other electronic device that can access Zoom Workplace
1.4 Additional charging equipment for notebook / mobile phone to ensure sufficient battery throughout the exam
1.5 Headphones, for the Listening section only
1.6 Stable internet connection
2. Candidate preparation
2.1 Desktop computer or notebook for accessing the online exam system
2.2 Mobile phone / notebook / iPad or other electronic device with Zoom Workplace installed for live monitoring, positioned so the front camera clearly shows the candidate while taking the exam
2.3 Internet connection for both devices must be stable and have a good signal
2.4 The exam seat and surroundings must have a solid wall or opaque curtain in front of the candidate, with no mirror in front, no other person in the room, and no outside noise
2.5 Public places or areas where peace and privacy cannot be properly controlled are not allowed, such as cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, co-working spaces, vehicles (car, train, airplane, etc.), libraries, or other areas, even if no one else is present at the time. This is to ensure proper environmental control and exam transparency. If non-compliance is found, the program reserves the right to consider scholarship eligibility
2.6 Only a desktop computer, notebook, iPad, or tablet used for the exam may be placed on the desk. No other device beyond those specified is allowed
2.7 All exam devices must use Thailand time or be set to GMT+7 only
2.8 Dress politely. Watches and all kinds of accessories are prohibited. **Hair must not cover the ears. Communication devices are prohibited, and candidates must listen to the proctor's instructions only through the audio from the live monitoring device
2.9 Remain in the Zoom room until the exam time ends or until instructed otherwise by the proctors
2.10 Follow the proctors' instructions strictly. If suspicious cheating behavior is found, the proctors have full authority to immediately disqualify the exam
2.11 If a candidate receives 3 warnings from the proctors, the candidate will be immediately disqualified
**** Candidates who have religious practice requirements may receive a special exemption.
